IOTAProjectCreator Owner Error - Project Group

I crated a wizard to create projects using IOTAProjectCreator, but I
have problems when no ProjectGroups exists in IDE and is alread saved.

For new project I should inform the Owner, so I find for the
ProjectGroup, but none is found, nil is what GetOwner returns.

So before my project is loaded in IDE, a new project group is
aumatically created and IDE ask to save, after all this done, my new
created project is not loaded.

Then if no projectgroup is found, I create the project group using
IOTAProjectGroupCreator, but withou success, IDE always ask to save the
new one, ignores the one I created and even so, my project is not
loaded.


if I have a existing project group loaded, no problems happen.
Im using RadStudio 2007.

I would create the simplest possible test case with steps and post it to the
CodeGear QC system for review.
